Judy is responsible for creating a fully scalable, digital platform and support processes within her framework, for distributing Teal organizational development skills to all people and sustaining them within an organization, for greater emotional intelligence, as it is highly needed in this period of globalization and digital transformation, when many people are seeking to successfully navigate 21st century techno-human ecosystems. She understands that to keep current with the agility of business, people must be equally agile in every way, including within heuristic, cross-functioning teamwork. Judy Ryan’s purpose is to create a world in which all people love their lives. When Beethoven saw a piano, he saw a symphony. When Judy Ryan meets people, she sees the unseen beauty and truth beneath the surface and uncovers it. And that truth – the one that’s really happening under the surface – is what we all need to see. The old ways of understanding human systems are not working anymore – the way of superior versus inferior or management versus employee or parent versus child. They never did (not without lasting, serious, negative side effects). And our world is suffering because of this; we need a powerful, positive and sustainable transformation.
Meet Ikhlas, a strong and resilient woman who has faced numerous challenges in her life. She possesses the ability to remain mentally and emotionally stable under challenging circumstances. Being raised by a mother who had to fight to care for her kids daily, Ikhlas understands the significance of standing up for oneself in the face of adversity. Ikhlas had always been a fighter. Growing up in Sudan, she faced many challenges early on in life. She watched her mother struggle to keep the family together, and her mother's resilience inspired her to become the strong, resilient woman she is today. As a young woman, Ikhlas wanted to make a difference. She wanted to use her experiences to help others who were going through similar struggles. So, she decided to immigrate to the United States, where she could start a new life and share her story with others. But the road to success was a challenging one. Ikhlas faced many obstacles, from learning a new language to finding a job and making new friends. She worked in restaurants and stores with a minimal wage of $2 per hour, waiting for the lengthy immigration procedures to support her family back home. But through it all, she remained resilient and determined to succeed. Today, Ikhlas is a successful businesswoman and motivational speaker. She uses her experiences to inspire others to never give up, no matter how difficult the situation may seem. She knows that life is full of challenges, but she also knows that with resilience and determination, anything is possible. Ikhlas's story is a testament to the power of the human spirit. It shows us that no matter how challenging the road may be, we can overcome any obstacle if we dare to keep moving forward. And with Ikhlas by our side, we can all unlock our highest potential and achieve our dreams, no matter what life throws our way. Ikhlas serves as the Women's Empowerment Coordinator at New American Pathways. In addition to her role, she is a public speaker, writer, coach, and advocate for gender equality, immigrant issues, and youth empowerment in addition to writing her book on “The Power of Resilience Woman”. Ikhlas has also worked with the UN and non-profits in Displacement Camps in Darfur and is currently working with immigrant communities in the United States. Ikhlas represented Sudan as a peace delegate at the One Young World conference in Columbia. She also attended the Generation Change Conference in Istanbul and the Dalai Lama Interfaith Dialogue in India as a representative of Sudan. She was a fellow of the US Institute in Washington, DC. In 2018, Ikhlas was honored with the title of Global Goodwill Ambassador from the GGWA. Ikhlas will share her experiences of overcoming adversity through her journey in Sudan and as an immigrant in the United States. She aims to inspire and demonstrate resilience and tap into our full potential despite obstacles.
