It is my distinct honor, as Editor-in-Chief of the Universal Journal of 21st Century Women’s Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Technology & Publishing (UJWEL), to welcome and invite you to participate in the 3rd Millennium Women’s Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Wellness (WEL) Conference, taking place Dec 1–2, 2025, in Chicago.

With this year’s powerful theme—“A Summit for Future-Driven Leadership & Innovation”—the WEL Conference promises to be an essential platform for thought leaders, innovators, and practitioners to share research, ideas, and practices that shape the future of women’s leadership and empowerment across industries. 

We are currently welcoming abstract submissions from scholars, professionals, and students whose work aligns with the conference's core tracks: Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Management, and Wellness.
