A mother, a mentor and a friend. Phetso is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and see herself as a channel-a conduit for insights, information, and inspiration. It gives her great joy and satisfaction to help others and she believes there is no greater mission than this. She does her best to live consciously and courageously, relate to others with love and compassion as she wants to leave this world a better place. Phetso is the founder of the Botswana Women LeanIn Network. The network aims to equip women in Botswana with confidence, professional and leadership skills necessary to become effective leaders. She is currently an ambassador for #IamRemarkable. This is a Google initiative empowering women and underrepresented groups to speak openly about their accomplishments in the workplace and beyond. Professionally, she is a branch banking manager with over 10 years of experience. She is a certified John Maxwell coach, facilitator and speaker
