Biography

Adaobi Ezeadum (Nèe Ibeanu) is a Divergent Thinker, Public Speaker, a Mindset Coach (Fear strategist), and a lady with a positive mental attitude. She is the Founder and Chairman Board of Trustees of a NonGovernmental Organization, The Empowered Sapiens Mulier Initiative (ESMI) – an NGO that seeks to provide solutions to socio-cultural women and girl child problems through community projects and activities while leveraging innovative advocacy strategies. Her coaching prowess has helped impact other women by putting them back on the journey to selfdiscovery or rediscovery. She is committed to helping them reprogram their minds and not letting fear win. She holds a Master’s degree in Law with an MBA in Leadership and Organizational Development, She is a licensed Nigerian Attorney, Wife and Mother, A Practicing Christian, Author, and an emerging Global World Leader.
